I have an Array Question with lots of subquestions. I want to fix the position of question text and answer options row(Strongly Disagree - Strongly Agree) on the screen and let users scroll up and down to see all subquestions. So users can always see the question and answer options when making choices.
I attached a diagram to explain it. 
 
Is there any way to do this?

I think you can not

1. Update theme (custom.css and js file)
2. Add javascript in question text.

I tried to add following js/css in the question text.

$("tbody").css("height","500px");
$("tbody").css("overflow","scroll");
$("tbody").css("display","block");

Then the subquestions can be scrollable. However, they cannot be displayed properly in width, as shown in the image.
Do you know how to modify to make them displayed properly in width?
