==================
I am hoping to use LimeSurvey to conduct anonymous token based poll using participants table. So far everything is working as expected.
But the administrator can easily figure out who has submitted what response for the first few responses. Especially the first response!
Is there any way to overcome this? One possible way is to prevent viewing of response until the poll has ended or once there are enough responses collected to ensure true anonymity.
Is there such function?
Thanks a lot.
BTW, we have been very impressed by LimeSurvey so far. Keep up the good work!
Anonymity is in big parts also trust. If you can't trust the people running and administring the survey, don't do it.
There are always loopholes (e.g. the programmer could save the time of the survey in a hidden question, etc.) to get around technical anonymity. I think the far more important part is "soft" anonymity. Make a pledge to treat responses anonymously. In market research, this has been done for years.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
