Hi all, 
Can I cancel the Basic plan any time in  the year due to the fact that it is billed monthly? Any obbligations to pay out of the entire month of cancellation?

Here in the forum we are mostly users helping users. So we are not affiliated with the Limesurvey GmbH who is offering the SaaS service of Limesurvey.

Not sure if the contact form is the quickest way to get in touch. Best is probably to open a support ticket.

I think it is the second link you sent. It says:
The minimum duration for a subscription is the base subscription period of the particular plan. You can cancel it online yourself at any time before the end of the current subscription period.
If you cancel it in writing (by email or letter) you need to notify us at least one week before the end of the cancellation period.
I assume that subscription period = billing period   hopefully.

Yes, this is how I understand it as well and as far as I know this is how it works. You can get 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, etc. If you cancel before your the subscription is renewed for the next month and billed again, you will not be billed again.
