Switch "Mandatory" to "On".

If they are hidden by a condition/relevance equation respondents are not forced to respond, but if they are shown, respondents must give an answer.

By the way: Why did you not give responses to the questions in the form?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
