Hi!

I would like to have some help with the token function: is it possible with LimeSurvey to close/disable/delete the access to a token when it's used?
In my case, I created multiple token for 1 email address and every token will be used many times (1 email address = 6 token and 1 token = a class with 20 students. In this way, 1 token is used 20 times). I would like to close a token after using it 20 times in a class, but can't find where is it possible to do it...

You need to set the "uses_left" for this token to 20. So once 20 surveys have been completed with this token, it can't be used anymore.

But to be honest, I don't think this is a very good use of the tokens. Because students can fill the survey more than once and then it closes and the others can't fill it anymore.

I personally would create actually 20 individual tokens per class, which the teacher then can distribute individually to each student. This will avoid the chance that some answer more than once and others never answer.
