I have not installed limesurvey yet. Is it possible to use limesurvey for creating employee satisfaction surveys where different companies will register and create surveys for their employees?
As Joffm said, you could create users for each of these companies. However, Limesurvey has not really a "multi-client" structure, but is rather designed to have one installation per "company". As said, you could treat each company as a "user", but you need to really make sure to set the rights of these users correctly.
As far as I know, for the SaaS service of Limesurvey, the Limesurvey GmbH creates separate installations of Limesurvey for each of their clients.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
Each company can be set on own group : by default user see only user pon same group too.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
