I am working on a survey for a medical project and have a problem with the query of certain data.
The question type "Matrix (numbers)" would actually be suitable, but I can't find anywhere where I can set the number range. Ideally, I would have the option of writing text in the fields (see below). Is there a page where I can define the variables of the pull-down menu by hand?
In a matrix with a list of diseases (screenshot attached) I use 4 answer fields, which should be named as follows:
Age (in years)
0 - 1
1 - 2
2 - 5
5 - 8
8 - 10
10 - 12
12 - 15
over 15
Duration of illness (in weeks)
0-1
1-2
2-3
3-4
4-5
5-6
6-12
over 12
operated
yes
no
fully recovered
yes
no
Since I would like to query a whole list of illnesses and that several times (musculoskeletal system, skin, nervous system, etc.), I have unfortunately not found any other type of question that puts the whole thing into a rudimentarily clear form. The matrix described above would be perfect, but as I said, I can't find a way to change the entries. And 1-10 in each case doesn't do anything for me, unfortunately.
It would be great if you could help me further.
