Cascading relevance breaks tailoring of subquestion was created by wisniman
Tailoring subquestion breaks because ExpressionScript markup in subquestion is not executed until relevance for subsequent question has been evaluated.
How can I tailor subquestions while also using cascading relevance with array questions?

I can reproduce it.
2. As the first question is not so very necessary
3. File a bug report
