Perhaps I can't do this, and it's more of a feature request. But I'd like to know if there's a way to schedule the delivery of the intro email to be automatically sent at a specific date/time. Then to also schedule reminder emails to those that haven't completed the survey.
Currently it's a manual process. Go in, click SEND to send intro email to all participants. Put calendar reminders in Outlook to go back in and send reminder email on a couple different days before it closes. It isn't hard to go in and do it, but it would be nice to find a way to automate/schedule that process within the app.
