Permissions and changing survey owner was created by Jmantysalo
Just to clarify, is this how LS works: User A makes a survey and got all permissions for it. A changes the owner to be B.B changes the owner to be C. Now A and C have all permissions, but B has nothing?

And should it be this way?

Why A have Permission on this survey ?

My opinion : except if have all rights, when A change the owner : he must loose current permission ?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
I don't answer to private message.
