Hello there, is there a ready made plugin useful for broadcasting notifications or announcements to users connected with the application?
Maybe must be coded as a Plugin?

As Limesurvey instance administrator, I would like to broadcast different messages to survey administrators (backoffice login) and to survey participants (public side) for a certain amount of time.
For example something useful as "Maintenance mode" but without disabling the application functionality. My deploys are in cloud and takes 2 mins.
