I'm using 5.1.10 version.
I'll try to explain, I'm using the list (dropdown) question type. In this option the respondent can choose only one answer option, and I want the respondent to be able to choose more than one answer option. Also, I d'ont want to use the "multiple choice" question type becuase I want it to be a "dropdown".
There is currently no multiple choice with dropdown possibility. I personally think that it is a silly wish, because multiple choice needs overview over what you have chosen and that is currently not possible with a dropdown list without extensive programming.

Thanks, I will look at it. I'm currently doing it with a "multiple choice" question type, but I have a lot of answer choices, that why I thought of a list....
A dropdown with a lot of options is very difficult on Smartphones, so I don't think this is a good solution.
By the way, I think what is confusing here is "multiple choice" vs. "multiple answers possible".
Even if you can only choose one answer, you can still have multiple choices that you can choose from. A "multiple choice question" can be restricted to one single answers or to multiple answers.
