Hi,
I have 3 interviewers who should gather data from 1000 participants. So I send limesurvey mail invitations to the 3 interviewers. each one of them has a token "enq1", "enq2", and "enq3".
Now sometimes participants (via phone call) hang up ! so the interviewers have to cancel the interview. when they close the browser tab that contains the questionnaire and go back to the invitation link (that contains the their token), limesurvey resumes to the interview they wanted to cancel.
So, i had to disable the "participant-based response persistance". Unfortunately, it stills works ! interviewers always resume to the canceled questionnaire.
Is there a way I can fix this issue? thanks in advance.
