What is your limesurvey version ?

Seems an issue here ?

sorry to say it.
If you are sure, that there is no error (and obviously there is no), the best is to ignore this "error message".
To be sure,
test your survey
create the same questions (A001 and A001a) in a new survey, and check the logic file there.

There are some rare cases that the logic file displays some "false" errors.

Creating a survey with the few informations I see in your screenshot, I can't reproduce any issue.

Delete the question and recreate it.

If the problem persists or also exists in the test survey Joffm suggests, attach that survey here.
