Hello everybody,

I am currently testing LImesurvey, before I probably become a user.
I work for a non-profit organization, and we don't have an IS infrastructure.
So I use the cloud version of Limesurvey, from myname.limesurvey.net.

I have built a survey and I want to integrate it in page of our website, via an iframe.
It works well with Firefox. But with Chrome or Edge I get an error :
"400: Bad Request
The CSRF token could not be verified."

Does this mean I can't use my query in an iframe ? Or, is there a solution to fix this problem.

Thank you all in advance for your help.

www.limesurvey.org/manual/Special:MyLang...al_settings#Security

What are your settings in terms of "iframe embedding allowed"?

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Thank you for the tip.
I do have ‘iframe embedding’ allowed in the ‘Global settings/security’ settings.
However, from the manual I understand that I should update some config.php file on the server.
But I do not have a server since I use LimeSurvey from the cloud option.
Is there some other place where I should add some settings?
Thank you for helping.
