In my case I have to insert many placeholders in one question, while I found that seems placeholders in the texts can only be inserted one by one, the window of placeholder fields disappears after inserting one. I was wondering is it possible to insert several of them at once? So that to improve the efficiency.

Seems an HTML editor issue , what is your LimeSurey (complete) version ?
