Use previous participant answers as input (no token) was created by Lagoutte

I have a question in my survey with answer options 1 or 0 (lets call it Q1). I would like to add another question that sums up all the previous participant answers to Q1 and uses it as a condition Something like this: {if sum(Q1) >25, 1, 0}

Is it possible?

Which version?
Since 5.x there is a built-in plugin "countStat(If)"
