I have searched this forum and the manual and I can't seem to find an answer to whether or not this can be done.  Most of the posts on this forum around this topic are more than 6 years old. So I don't know if that means the ability was implemented, but if so I can't seem to find anything on how to do it in the manual. I found the code {Q.shown} but this doesn't appear to do anything for file uploads. I also find that the {Answertable} code doesn't seem to work correctly when I try to use that, so that doesn't seem to help. 

I have set up a survey that I need to automate to send the results to specific people who don't have access to LimeSurvey. It really seems counter intuitive to get them all access, and I was asked to set this survey up, but I am not available to be coming in constantly, download and then sending each response to the appropriate person. Due to security concerns, I work for a police agency, I am unable to use any third-party plug-ins (I have asked), however, I have gotten the API set up. So is there a way to do this?

Has anyone found out how to do this, or is extra scripting needed?

Use case: form for applying for a webpage to be created.

In the form we ask for a logo and some pictures for the home page. 

Do we really have to write a script in order to make a notification to the web builder that needs these uploaded files?

Looks promising. Can this also be sent to someone other than the respondent? 

The respondent knows what (s)he has uploaded. I need to send a notification to another person including (a link to) the uploaded files.

Link with token in admin email (it's the way i use for clients)
