Hello Folks,
I first worked on the LimeSurvey from the GitHub version : 4.4.11.However since yesterday, I started working on the community version :LimeSurvey Community Edition 3.27.14+210831. Since I have a survey created on 4.4.11, and want to import to the other LS version, it says the .isa is not supported in the other version. What do you suggest in this case, as the import of the survey is very important for me.

There is no direct solution. Surveys created in versions 4+ are not compatible with version 3.x and earlier. The database structures are different.
