Randomized shenanigans

Randomized shenanigans was created by onedail
If you set the questions to randomized, the randomization works perfectly. But if a mandatory question is forgotten to answer there, the questions are presented shuffled again, which has proven confusing in our questionnaire tests. Is it possible to turn this off?
