Export MySQL DB with Python

Export MySQL DB with Python was created by Marcike_247436
Is there a specific way to export survey results using Python/MySQL so that it mimics how LimeSurvey exports to CSV from within the console ? 
I have tried but I'm missing columns and have additional characters.
