Hi Guys,

Im new to limesurvey, i want to ask is it possible to do hybrid mode, because our policy suggest that participants needs to register for survey but they do not need to check their email for survey link, in order to save time and user responses?

I understand that limesurvey closed and open modes, but what we need is in between [HYBRID mode],
1. register for the survey
2. straight into filling the survey, without getting / checking from their email for survey link

Thank you so much for your response

You can just ask their details in the first page? And send the link only to people that are allowed to fill in?

And later filter out people that were not supposed to fill in?

Hi Thanks for your reply,

yes I have tried that, however it looks weird, and does not looks like registration page prior to take survey. what we need is registration for participants and straight to filling the survey.

I understand this would seems compromising on data quality, but we're able to live with it.

Regards

I would call this page (Group in LimeSurvey): "Registration page" and make all questions mandatory, so people cannot proceed without filling in.

You can also give this page an other background color, so it differs from the rest of the survey.

Have a look at Denis' registerQuick plugin - gitlab.com/SondagesPro/SurveyAccess/registerQuick

Yes, it is possible to change the look and feel of a first page, but if it is really important, I would suggest to use the plugin that Denis Chenu developed, or it may take a lot of time "tweaking" the login page.
