Is it possible to loop 9 separate surveys which randomly shuffles its questions before user finally submits;

Create a survey with a question to list 9 surveys that users can select to complete.
Each survey uses group randomization that shuffles questions which has been implemented successfully
User is expected to answer all 9 surveys
Submit button appears till last survey out of the 9 is completed.

 

Well, in Limesurvey each Survey has it's own submit button. So I guess you actually want 1 survey with 9 different sections. Is this correct?
