it is possible to display the result of a participant before you, at random.
Example:
Another person who answered before you answered: 10,
what do you answer?

In my opinion, that would require an AJAX call to a remote file that uses the API to retrieve previous results.

Anywhere you want as long as it's on the same server. I usually put them in the survey assets folder.
