Hello dear forum,

I am trying to ask a double scale array type question as I show in the image.

However, I would like this question to be multiple, that in each scale more than one option can be selected, is there a way to achieve this?

One way I did it is a numerical array type question for but I would like to have the heading spacing just as the double scale question does.

For now I am working with version 2.50x due to internal server problems.I thank you for all your help.
