How do I add a third-party plugin if I am on LimeSurvey Cloud? was created by anandkasturi
I've got a .php plugin for LimeSurvey - but the instructions are to add into a folder etc.

As I have a LimeSurvey Cloud subscription, I went to "Plugins Manager" but am unable to see "Add Plugin"

How do I do that?

You need to contact LimeSurvey support - account.limesurvey.org/customer-support
