Is it possible to add something like an info box or link for survey admins, that is shown on first login and every user (survey admin) has to read?
The purpose of this is to provide some kind of terms of service for survey admins.

What I am looking for is something like a custom notification for users, like the notification "Welcome to new theme-editor" a superadmin gets when he first go to the theme-editor.
