Need to preview activated surveys in view mode without submitting any responses

I don't think this is possible. Only in the preview mode the responses are not saved in the database. As soon as the survey is active, each time someone clicks the "next" or "submit" button, things are saved in the database.

But you can always deactivate and activate the survey again, without importing the old responses, then the database is clean again.

Or you will need to delete the test responses manually.

can Limesurvey add this feature as it is very important as we couldn't able to preview closed activated surveys right now as it will always required access token and it will be difficult to deactivate then activate to preview the structure.

Sorry, I don't really understand your problem.

But how do you test a closed activated survey? You create test tokens, it's that easy. Then it is even easier to identify these tests and delete them later. Because you know which tokens were test tokens. You can even name them accordingly when creating the test users.
