Yes, the .lsq question export is a text file using XML.

Dear Tony,
Thank you, that works like a charm. Is it also possible to import multiple questions (.lsq files) into one question group at the same time?
Best,
dj

Is this question related to your 50 identical questions with different images?
If yes, and and you think it too much work to
And it is advisable to use the editor in "HTML source" mode.
Though a bit boring it is done in about 30 minutes
Now the way to do bulk manipulations is the *.txt Export.
This file you open in EXCEL or OpenOffice
Here an example
Blue: The original first question of these 50
Yellow: Copied with adapted image name and question code (here "Q1", "Q2",...)
For the id in the first column you may use 1,2,3,... (will be replaced by the correct question IDs when you import this file again

If yes, and and you think it too much work to
- click "copy"
- change the question ID to "C02", "C03",... "C50"
- change the name of the image in the question text from "C01_0.png" to "C02_0.png",.."C50_0.png"
- change the name of the images in the answer options from "C01_1.png" to "C02_1.png",.."C50_1.png", resp. "C01_2.png" to "C02_2.png",.."C50_2.png"

Thank you very much, I wrote a Python script to generate the file in a tab-separated format.
