I'd like to create a form that would be fill by at least 2 users. First user would fill some questions, and then I'd like another user to be noticed that he can now fill his part of the form.

Would it be possible with LimeSurvey ?

If not, can I trick to mimic such a behavior ? With the old solution we were using we used to indicate that some fields should be fill by a user, and other fills by another user. The last had to "edit" the submission in order to place his data into the first user answer.

If anyone who take part of the LimeSurvey team read this, thanks for this amazing app ! :)

The "old" solution is still the valid solution. There might be thirdparty solutions (I think of 360 degree surveys which at least one LimSurvey partner is offering) which allow something similiar.
But out of the box you let participants reacess the same responserecord via token persistence.

Sorry for the lack of details, by "old solution" I mean our Drupal modules (which are getting replaced by LimeSurvey)

Thanks for referencing 360 degree survey, I'll check it out !

Hi,

With 2 surveys : gitlab.com/SondagesPro/SurveyAccess/surveyChaining
Done for similar problem.

Else : with answer persistence and allow edit after response : i think you can use TOKEN:USELEFT for condition on the second part
And afmin email to send the email.

This is a rather challenging requirement. At our 360° survey projects we usually let the SELF person fill in a survey and then other peers get invited to rate the same details. That leads to multiple data sets which are later merged based on some internal IDs.
But I think at this setup the desired solution is having the feedback of the different participants within the same single data set? So question is: How do you define which questions the first participant should see and which should only be shown to the second one?
Furthermore, how do we know the email of the second user so he can be notified?
Will tokens be used?

There are many details to be discussed first before being able to outline a potential approach.
