access code for one participant group was created by ikeskin
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if it is possible to create ONE access code, that could be used by more than one person.
Currently, I am creating a survey that 2-3 supervisors can use to evaluate one student. Meaning, I want one access code which represents the survey tailored for one specific student, that only 2-3 chosen supervisors can use. I do not want that any other person except the supervisors to fill in the survey.
I hope I could accurately describe my problem and find a solution.
Thanks for the answers in advance.
Kind regards,
Keskin

If more than one person is using the same token, you will need to decide if every person should get a new survey response set when accessing the survey OR if the token reaccess the same response set. In your case it would be better to create a new response set everytime the same token is used. So answer persistence should be disabled, to ensure your supervisors are having their own response set and not reaccessing the response from the other supervisor.

You can use a token more than once. You can set the amount of usage in the participants list.I was wondering if it is possible to create ONE access code, that could be used by more than one person.

Take a look at the manual. I entered "presistence" in the search function and got this one here:

By default the presistence should be deactivated. How can I disable the answer persistence to create new survey response sets?

Hi jelo,
You said "You can set the amount of usage in the participants list."
Where can I choose the amount of usage of the same token in the participant list? Can't find it.
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Please do not ask the same question several times. You opened your own thread about this topic which I have answered, just to see that your question has been answered here already by Joffm.
