Dear colleagues,
I have a multiple choice question S1, where the respondent can choose several possible answers SQ001, SQ002...
The next question S2 is a single choice question, that should show only the selected answers from S1 in the section of possible answers (with radio buttons).

I put "S1" into array filter box in question S2, and put {S1_SQ001.shown} in the section of answers (subquestion) for S2.
How can I hide the empty radio button, when the answer is not chosen? Please see attachment.

Or how can I show only selected answers from previous question in the subquestion place in question S2?

Thanks a lot in advance!
Regards!

There must be something wrong with your array-filter settings.

Can you attach a small sample survey (.lss file) containing only those questions?

What LimeSurvey version are you using?

Cheers,

Do S1 and S2 have identical subquestion (S1) resp. answer option (S2) codes?
I am very sure your answer options of S2 are not coded "SQ001", "SQ002",...

As you see here

The subquestion codes used in the first question must coincide with the subquestion codes from the second one. Otherwise, the array filter function will not filter the answers to the first question. Check the below example to better understand how the whole system works.

You are absolutely right! I did not have the same codes of subquestions. I have changed this and it worked! Thank you so much!

Kindest regards!
