In "General Survey Settings" I have changed the "Admin. email:" address from my own as the "Survey owner:" to another individual in our organization who needs to now receive the notifications when a survey has been completed.... however, this individual is not receiving these emails from Lime Survey. Is this a glitch in the system or should the system recognize the new email address? See attachment showing me as Survey owner (Kirk Francis) and my colleague (Jim Muggleton) as the individual who I now want to receive notifications. Thanks.
Else did you try sending an email to pone of adress and check the header ?
