I'd like to set up an election voting system. The basics are in place but I've hit a snag.  Different members of the electors group are entitled to a variable number of votes, ranging from 1 vote per member to 10 votes per member. 

Basically, if a member has an entitlement of 5 votes, their selection would receive 5 votes.

Any suggestions as to how I might implement that in Limesurvey, if at all?

You could place the number of allowed votes in a token attribute and then use ExpressionScript to calculate a weighted vote.
