How to setup the SGQA code for Yes/No Question to return the internal value? instead of the display Label.

For Example:

Yes/No Question Type:
English      [Y] Yes   [N] No
Japanese   [Y] はい  [N] ノー

End URL : https://url?&Q1={INSERTANS:211367X3X20}

Now it return following result:

English Page Result: https://url?&Q1=Yes
Japanese Page Result: https://url?&Q1=はい

But I want to the following result:

English Page Result: https://url?&Q1=Y or  https://url?&Q1=[Y]
Japanese Page Result: https://url?&Q1=Y or  https://url?&Q1=[Y]

Any hints?

Here you read

INSERTANS:SGQA - the display value of an answer (e.g., "Yes") - similar to using {QCODE.shown}.

But you want to display the Code itself, {QCode}

And which error?
You use it as end-url. So, how does the link look like?

"{Q5.value}" is the assessment value of this question. Did you enable it?
{Q5} is sufficient.


And your other question.
To see this, I use to activate the survey, enter some data and have a look at the answer table.

And you may try all these question properties like ".code", ".value", ".shown" inserting them into a question of type "text display" and see what they show.
This way you  can try several question types and see the results.

I bet on this one. It was a mistake to not name it "assvalue"
