Force all questions on same page

I can't seem to figure out where this setting is.  But I have (5) questions created.  If I have a client fill out the survey, each question is on it's own page so that after every question the user has to click a button to proceed.

Where do I set it, so that all (5) questions are on the same page.  And that after filling out the page, the survey is complete.

In LS 3.x you'll find this setting in the survey settings under "general survey settings":

Using version 4.x but I see where you're talking about.  In the general settings is the format off to the right.  Switched it to "All in One" and it is showing correctly now.

You are aware that LS 4.x is not yet "stable"? I personally wouldn't recommend to use LS 4.x in production yet.

had issues originally when installing 3.x where the mailing out functionality wouldn't work. But after working with 4.x it was working no problem. And with the need of that, I stuck with it

Well, the email feature should work in LS3. So while a switch to 4.x might have fixed that, you brought in a couple of other issues and bugs. I would have tried to solve the email issue with LS3. But, if you are not encountering any problems with LS4, then no problem. Should you encounter problems, please file a bug report, so that the developers can make LS4 stable as soon as possible.
