Export responses to SPSS was created by krojQu
Hello,
I have a problem with exporting responses from one of the surveys. After clicking "export syntax" and "export data" nothing is downloaded. For other polls of other users, everything is fine. I don't know what settings are making it impossible to download this.
Please help me quickly. LimeSurvey
Version 3.25.17+210309

Is this a very large survey. Large can be influenced by the number of questions as well as the number of participants. So depending on your settings of PHP, Limesurvey might run into a limit (e.g. time a process can take, or MB a process can ocupy). This would be my first guess.

It's not a problem, this survey has parameters: partial 225/ full 203/ total 428.
Another survey that has more questions and answers partial 697/ full 180/ total 877, I can retrieve the answers without any problems, no errors.
Please help how I can get the results from this survey and get rid of these errors, because they are probably the cause of the errors.
P.S. I am using also ComfortUpdate plugin to do automatic updates

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi,
the error message addresses one question.
Did you check if there is something unusual in the answers of this question (ID 1124) in the shown responses?

Have you any idea?
Student did this survey as part of her master's thesis and it is very important that she has results. I don't know what's wrong with this question ...

No, we have no idea right now, otherwise we would have told you what the problem is. We are not trying to hide solutions...
We are trying to find out what the problem could be.
First of all, try to export to Excel or CSV. If this works, she will have the results and can import it into SPSS as well.
