Yes, you can embed a YouTube video - support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en

Or, use a <video> element - www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_video.asp

Yes, you can as in any other question.

But in the group description???
There is the question type "text display" that seems to be the one to use.
