Vertical Line between Matrix responses

Hey there,
I'm a student and have an urgent issue. I need to use Limesurvey for a projekt and use the matrix-question with 6 answers + "no answer".
I already saw projects, in which the answer "no answer" was on the right site and between the six repsonses and the "no answer" was a gap and a vertical line.
I searched for hours now and don't get it. How do I achieve to do it?
I'll post a picture for better understandig. I just want to get the vertical line between "sehr unzufrieden" and "N/A".
As I am totally new to PHP and Limesurvey, I need answers which are simples enough to understand.
