Creating online petitions with confirmation email was created by Concurser
Hello, everyone,
Is there a way using LimeSurvey to create a online petition that does e-mail verification?
Here are the details:
1) Show a text disclaimer at the top (on which the user agrees).
2) Offer some input fields:
2.1) A list with preloaded complete names on which the user will locate its name to select.
2.2) A checkbox to register his/her YES agreement for the petition.
2.3) An empty e-mail field to be entered by the user, giving out his e-mail address to which an confirmation will be valid. I need to force the domain address to a certain suffix - @domain.com). So the user only enters the email preffix (before the '@').
3) The petition must be forwardable through an URL link to everyone interested. I do not have the list of e-mails addresses, I only have people names.
4) I need to be able to verify the progress of the petition (# of people that already signed it), shoing me a form with names, e-mail addresses (filtering out everything after the '@'), plus verified and unverified undersignees (people that did not checked their email).
5) Optionally I would like to have a public webpage to show the report above (item #4).
Any tips?
Regards,
Concurser

Reading what you pit : yes, no real issue.
But : how you avoid an user make 100 vote (for example)

It should create an unique record for each e-mail registration.
Do you have any pointers on how getting this items done?
