Using EM expressions in Settings was created by egnis
Hi

I'm using version 3.25
I would like the survey to send notification mail by 2 variables: Assesment  and  token attribute.
Therefore I treid the following : {if(1>0,{TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1},"somemail@gmail.com")}   in the
" Send detailed admin notification email to: "  settting of the survey.

This doesn't work.
I was following this :  forums.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-thi...-on-assessment-value

What is wrong ? How I can I make it work ?

Thanks

There are double curly brackets.
Only {if(1>0,TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1,"This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.")}

Thanks , that worked .

However If I want to check the assessment value what would be the correct syntax ?

{if(TOTAL>0,TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1,"somemail@gmail.com")} ?
Or
{if(Value>0,TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1,"somemail@gmail.com")} ?

Both don't work.
How do I address the Assessment value ?

Don't use assessment.
Use Expression Manager/Script.

The assessment value is not written into the database, so it can not be consulted, if you don't write it into an equation question for example.

However, as Joffm says, the assessment feature is quite antiquated. It was good while we did not have expression manager/script, but today you have so much more possibilities with expression manager/script, so I would drop assessments and calculate my own "assessment value" via expression manager/script.

Just to add:
Of course you can use the assessment VALUES.
See the manual about access to variables
www.limesurvey.org/manual/ExpressionScri...#Access_to_variables

Example:
Codes of answer option can't be negative, assessment values can.

Sorry, yes, the assment values that you give to each answer option is in the database and you can use it for calculating your own assement.

What I ment was the final assment "score" is not saved in the database by Limesurvey.
