Hi,
I searched on forum´s topics but I couldn´t find solutions. How can I operate with quotas via API? What I would like is add quotas to surveys and get and set its properties, is it possible?

Please refer to the manual.

I don't see anything for getting the quota properties but you can set with get_survey_properties().
