i got a (hopefully) guite simple question: i conducted a survey using a table of participants. As i need some results and want to export the data / use the statistics function i want to see not only how many participants have completed/not fully completed the survey but i also want to include the ones who have never opened the survey in my population to be displayed. Haven't found an option to display this correctly so far. Hope someone can tell me how or if that is not possible. THX in advance.
Hi,
these are the participants who are in your participant table, but not in your answer table.
So you'd export both to EXCEL and have a look. Of course only possible if your survey was not set to "anonymous"

Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless
Thank you very much and i already did export it. But isn't it possible to include them in the total records for the quick statistics and for the questions listed as "no answer" or "not completed/displayed"?
Thanks. So there is not even a way to display the ratio/percentage of population - participants on the first page, because the query is always only about the ones who at least opened the questionnaire... *sigh*
Well, maybe it would be possible to create a plugin to read the number of entries in the token table and then display the info that you need, but I have no idea if this is possible and if so, how it is possible.
You could contact a Limesurvey partner like Denis or Tpartner to see if they can develop a plugin or something for you (but of course this will have a cost involved).

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
