the question is: LimeSurvey: responsive design :: ability to respond on mobile-phone

I'm fairly new to LimeSurvey. I need to know if we re able to run LimeSurvy for a group of  respondents who use mobile-phone.

In other words: how LimeSurvey behaves on mobile devices.

Can someone explain if LimeSurvey works also on mobile-devices.

Well one question: does LS work if people completing the survey due  to using multiple platforms?
years ago, we encountered only  a few people who respondented on a mobile device.
But nowadays the fraction of  respondents that use mobile phones is constantly growing:
Well the question is: are we able to allow the respondents to complete the survey on a phone or mobile device too?
What can we use here - what do we need to do to prepare ls to be able to be "runned" on mobile devices?

Question; should we look into using templates for mobile devices?
Someone told us to use some professional mobile device template, how does this affect those using desktop/laptop users?
