I am preparing a large employee survey and I want to make sure our anonimity requirements are met. Some survey softwares have "enhanced anonimity" options ensuring that if anonimity threshold for a category are not met, data connected to that population can't be visualized. So, for instance, if in an employee survey we have only two internationals, I won't be able to filter responses by the nationality of the informant since this group doesn't meet the anonimity threshold. Is it possible to do something like this with Limesurvey?

No this does not exist. LimeSurvey is predominately a data collection tool, not a data analysis tool. At the end of the day, you will have to trust your analyst to filter correctly.
