Putting two different answer possibilities in the same question was created by FaG2020
Hi
See screenshot below: I'm wanting to put questions 25 and 26 together, but there are, as you can see, different answer possibilities between the different qoutes. Because of this I'm trying to find out the best solution. Any suggestions?

Leave two separate question : more clear to understand … by participant.

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Why do you want to confuse the respondent?
First he sees a repetition of the same answer options.
Do you think anybody will read these answer options each time?
No, these are two absolutely different questions (1. agreement, 2. frequency), leave them separated, best on two pages, and tell the people what you want to know.
At the moment there is the question: "You see 13 statements. Tell me how much you agree..."
But the last statements are different. Nothing to do with agreement.
Always consider: This is an online questionnaire. Questions and answer option have to be clear to the respondents. There is nobody whom they can ask.
