Is it possible to choose a more user friendly URL for any survey via LimeSurvey admin portal or is the only way to create redirect using .htaccess file or some other redirect method?

There is no possibility to do this via the Limesurvey Admin, you will either have to create a subdomain (or domain) that redirects to this survey URL or you will have to go down the .htaccess road.

If the language FI is the default one, you could leave that part. And you can often drop the index.php part too (if webserver is not interfering).

If you need a shorter URL, you will need to create that via htaccess or other redirection tools.
