We want to add a satisfaction survey to our services by having a 5-star control on the service that once clicked, would redirect to lime survey with the value prefilled in a new tab. If the result is 5 stars, we would either show no UI or if not possible, simply say thank you. For other cases, we would like to ask some additional optional questions.

As of now, we were able to use the URL Prefill functionnality to provide the 5-stars rating but as we looked into the survey configuration, we stumbled upon the Panel Integration function and since that, we've been trying to figure out why we would use one or the other with no real success.

Anyone with information or at least some background experience that could help us understand would be appreciated.

Panel integration was made year and year , and sometimes broke.

Prefilling url by question code start by need usage of SGQA (mean 16516X344X5454) it's complex.
It was improved to allow usage of question code after

Personally : i prefer to use Prefill by question code

I think panel integration is only useful if the URL parameter and the question code are different. Personally, I never use it - I rely on simple URL prefilling with the question code.
