Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a thing but I've noticed that some of my users were sent a reminder to complete their surveys yesterday. I did not send the reminders out so I am wondering if limesurvey sends reminders automatically after a certain amount of days. If this is an option is there a way for me to modify it?

Not without plugins .

What LimeSurvey version : Community Edition or As a Service ?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

I am on LimeSurvey Version 3.23.6+200929
I'm not sure if I am community or as a service. Is there an area in limesurvey that I can check ?

If it a package from Limesurvey Pro then it is SaaS. If you host it on your own server, then it is community.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
