I have been looking around in the forum and manuals, but couldn't figure out how I can find a solution to our problem.

So, here is the thing: we are doing workshops involving group work. We would like to assess and grade the individuals in the group in terms of cooperation and participation. The peers in the group will grade other group members, and finally there will be a relative grade calculated and displayed for each member.

For instance, below is a table where all members graded the others, an average is calculated for each member, and then weighted in percentiles.

Average Score (got from other members) | Weighted Score
1st Score Owner 4.5 100.0
2nd Score Owner 3.3 73.3
3rd Score Owner 3.2 71.1
4th Score Owner 3 66.7
5th Score Owner 2 44.4


How can I do this? Any ideas?
